What is ImmersiNext?
ImmersiNext is a visualization platform built for furniture manufacturers. One subscription gives you three browser-based modules: an Immersive Configurator powered by Unreal Engine for real-time finishes, modules, and quotes; a Planner that turns floor plans into 3D proposals and branded PDFs; and an AI Studio that generates catalog-accurate lifestyle renders from your real product geometry instead of inventing furniture. Average time to go live for a configurator is about two weeks. Nothing to install for your clients — desktop, tablet, and mobile all run in the browser.
Are the modules sold separately or as a bundle?
All three modules — Immersive Configurator, Planner, and AI Studio — are included in one subscription. You do not pay per module. Manufacturers typically start with the configurator or AI Studio depending on whether interactive selling or catalog imagery is the bigger bottleneck, then activate the rest of the stack on the same shared catalog.
What does it cost?
Pricing is tailored to catalog size, traffic, and how you deploy each module. We do not publish fixed public rates because every furniture range is different. Contact ImmersiNext and we put together a proposal within 24 hours on weekdays, including a proof of concept path on one of your real products when that helps the decision.
How long does it take to go live?
A product configurator can be live in as little as two weeks on average. You send 3D files, materials, prices, and product photos. ImmersiNext builds options, variants, and pricing logic, then returns an embeddable experience. Timelines scale with SKU count and configuration complexity; we scope that together before kickoff so sales and marketing know exactly when the first collection goes live.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes. We build a proof of concept on one of your real products before you sign a long-term agreement. Book a demo, share a representative SKU and material set, and we show what ImmersiNext looks like with your actual catalog — not a generic demo sofa.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. All ImmersiNext modules run directly in the browser across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Clients and sales teams do not download an app. The Immersive Configurator also supports augmented reality placement on phones so shoppers can preview configured products in their own space.
Which languages does it support?
The platform currently operates in English. Multi-language support is on the roadmap. Contact us if a specific market language is required for your rollout so we can plan the right timeline.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept major 3D and DCC formats including OBJ, FBX, STEP, 3ds Max, and Blender files. Delivery across the platform uses optimized .glb assets that ImmersiNext prepares from whatever you provide, so your internal pipeline does not need to standardize on a single format before starting.
Do I need to have 3D files to get started?
No. If you already have 3D, we use it. If you do not, ImmersiNext can create assets from product photos, technical drawings, or measurements, then graduate hero ranges onto full Immersive Configurator control. AI Studio can also start from a photo path with models trained on furniture catalog imagery while 3D coverage grows.
How does the 3D Configurator work?
ImmersiNext builds the Immersive Configurator from your product files, materials, and pricing. Shoppers and sales teams then switch finishes, dimensions, and modular compositions in real time in the browser. Dynamic regional pricing, lead capture, and analytics sit behind the same experience. You embed it on any website with a lightweight script or share a direct link — no plugin and no install.
What is a furniture product configurator?
A furniture product configurator is software that lets buyers customize a piece — materials, dimensions, modules, options — while seeing the result instantly in 3D. For manufacturers it replaces endless static photos and sample requests with an interactive source of truth that can also drive quotes and leads. ImmersiNext specializes in photoreal Unreal Engine materials for premium furniture catalogs and embeds the experience on the brand’s own site.
Does it support multiple currencies and regional pricing?
Yes. The back office supports regional pricing rules so you can show different prices per market — for example euro in France, dollar in the US, pound in the UK — without manual front-end edits. Visibility and price display can also be toggled when a visual-first flow is preferred before a sales conversation.
How many users can use it simultaneously?
The configurator is CDN-delivered and scales with traffic. Photoreal Unreal-powered sessions are sized for high-impact commerce; a high-quality unlimited tier is available when concurrent session volume is the priority. Both modes stay embedded in the browser without downloads.
Can clients add to cart directly from the configurator?
Today the Immersive Configurator captures qualified leads: the client configures the product and submits contact details so your sales team closes the order. Direct cart checkout integrations are not the default path; lead-first flows match how many premium furniture brands still sell complex configured goods.
Does it include augmented reality?
Yes. The Immersive Configurator includes AR so clients can place the configured product in their own space with a phone camera, without installing a separate app. AR uses the same catalog configuration they built in 3D, which keeps finishes and proportions consistent from desktop session to mobile try-on.
Can we update our products ourselves in the back-office?
Yes, within clear limits. You can manage pricing, visibility, and material rules autonomously at any time. Adding new 3D models or significant structural product changes is handled with the ImmersiNext team so visual quality and configuration logic stay production-safe.
Can it be embedded into any website?
Yes. A lightweight iframe or script snippet works on Shopify, WordPress, custom storefronts, and dealer portals. The same catalog also powers Planner and AI Studio, so ecommerce, retail enablement, and marketing imagery stay aligned.
What is the AI Studio?
ImmersiNext AI Studio generates photorealistic stills from your real furniture catalog. You can place catalog-accurate products into a client room photo, or define a scene from scratch with camera and lighting control. Because products come from Immersive Configurator geometry and materials when available, results stay true to what you manufacture instead of hallucinating sofas like general image models.
How is AI Studio different from Midjourney, Gemini, or ChatGPT image tools?
Face-on product photos force general AI tools to invent missing sides, wrong dimensions, and incorrect finishes. ImmersiNext starts from your real 3D catalog whenever possible, locking geometry and materials to what you sell, then uses AI for rooms, lighting, and atmosphere. Brands also use a photo path trained on furniture catalog imagery when 3D coverage is incomplete, then migrate hero SKUs onto full 3D control.
How is AI Studio different from traditional CGI?
Traditional CGI can look perfect and still bottleneck a catalog when every variant needs artist time. AI Studio keeps Unreal-accurate products, then regenerates rooms and cameras in minutes so marketing and sales publish lifestyle coverage faster. Keep CGI or studio shoots for editorial heroes; use AI Studio for catalog-scale lifestyle and sales assets. Many teams see AI Studio as a lower total cost path versus full CGI queues for variant fan-out.
What is the difference between client rendering and catalog rendering?
Client rendering starts from a photo of an existing interior — apartment, model home, or commercial space — then places your products into that perspective. Catalog rendering starts from a controlled scene you define: background, camera, and lighting for PDP and campaign stills. Both paths pull from the same catalog so materials and dimensions stay consistent.
How much control do I have over the render?
You control camera angle, focal length, depth of field, lighting, product placement, and materials. AI Studio is a production tool for furniture manufacturers, not a one-click filter. Iterate by swapping SKUs or finishes and regenerating without rebuilding the product asset each time.
What resolution are the renders?
Renders are produced at high resolution suitable for client presentations, PDF proposals, ecommerce PDPs, and marketing channels. Exact delivery specs are confirmed per project so assets fit your CMS and print workflows.
What is the Planner?
ImmersiNext Planner is a space planning tool for furniture sales. Upload a client floor plan or start from dimensions, place real catalog products with live constraints, switch between 2D and interactive 3D, then share a link or generate a branded PDF proposal. It uses the same catalog as the Immersive Configurator and AI Studio so quotes match what customers configured elsewhere.
What is the difference between the Planner and the AI Studio?
Planner solves space fit: floor plans, constraints, full room layouts, and proposals. AI Studio solves image quality: a single photoreal still with precise camera and lighting for presentations or catalog production. Many teams use Planner in the appointment and AI Studio when they need a hero visual of the chosen products in a photoreal scene.
Do I need a floor plan to use it?
No. You can upload a plan to trace or import, or build the layout from scratch using room dimensions. Both workflows are supported so dealer appointments are not blocked when a clean CAD plan is missing.
Who uses it — the sales team or the end client?
Primarily sales teams and dealers during appointments. Layouts can also be shared as links clients reopen on any device without creating an account, which keeps the conversation moving after they leave the showroom.
Does the PDF proposal include pricing?
Pricing in the PDF is optional. You control whether prices appear from the back office — useful for visual-first documents or when pricing needs a separate discussion.
Does it integrate with our CRM?
Lead data and project information can be pushed into your CRM pipeline so configured layouts become follow-up opportunities instead of dead screenshots. Exact connectors are scoped per customer stack during onboarding.
